We are excited to announce that our new 40” 4/4 (8-colour) LED Manroland press is up and running, and we are executing on the option for an additional 40” 4/4 (8-colour) LED Manroland press! This is scheduled to arrive in the third quarter of 2024, with installation to be completed in the fourth quarter.
These presses are state-of-the-art pieces of equipment that stands out for its LED curing technology. This technology is a game changer in the printing industry as it allows for instant drying of ink. This results in a reduction in turnaround time, as there is less marking and drying time needed before the binding process can start. Moreover, the LED technology allows for the use of a wide variety of paper stocks, providing more options for customers.
The addition of a second 40” LED Manroland is set to further increase our capacity, but this purchase was not just about quantity; it’s also about quality.
