As the saying goes, you can’t judge a book by its cover…but you CAN judge the cover! The 2024-25 Friesens Cover Contest is back, and we’re thrilled to see this year’s entries.
We love hosting this contest annually as it celebrates the creativity, time, and effort that go into designing yearbook covers. Choosing winners is always a challenge because the submissions are consistently outstanding!
All schools that design their own yearbook cover will be automatically entered into the Friesens Cover Contest (with an option to opt out). Schools with Spring delivery must submit their covers by December 13, 2024, while those with Fall delivery have until February 14, 2024.
This year, our judging panel, with their keen eyes for design, color theory, and artistry, will evaluate covers based on creativity, concept, composition, and difficulty. The competition starts with the Regional Awards, and the top three winners from each region will advance to the Nationals for a chance to win $1,000, $500, or $250 for their school. Winners will be announced on April 7, 2025.
